Assange Drops Bombshell on WikiLeaks Release of 500K US Cables - CIA Created ISIS

CIA Created ISIS — Assange Drops Bombshell on WikiLeaks Release of 500K US Cables

The founder of the transparency organization WikiLeaks released a statement yesterday upon the release of over 500,000 diplomatic cables dating back to 1979, which succinctly reveals how the CIA was essentially responsible for creating the Islamic State (ISIS) terror group.

The timing of the release coincided with the sixth anniversary of WikiLeaks “Cablegate” release, which exposed the machinations of the underbelly of the U.S. empire. The latest release, known as the “Carter Cables,” adds 531,525 new diplomatic cables to the WikiLeaks’ already voluminous Public Library of U.S. Diplomacy (PLUSD).

In a statement released in concert with the release of the “Carter Cables,” Julian Assange mapped out how the events of 1979 began a series of events that have ultimately culminated in the rise of ISIS.

“If any year could be said to be the “year zero” of our modern era, 1979 is it,” said Assange.

Assange lays bare the reality that the roots of modern Islamist terrorism began through a joint venture by the CIA and Saudi Arabian government, to the tune of billions of dollars, to create a “Mujahideen” force to fight against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan – which ultimately led to the creation of al-Qaeda.

Assange is not alone in his claims either. According to a poll by the Express, the overwhelming majority of people understand that US foreign policy created ISIS.

Assange goes on to note that the subsequent attacks of 9/11, and invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, directly led to the rise of ISIS.

“In the Middle East, the Iranian revolution, the Saudi Islamic uprising and the Egypt-Israel Camp David Accords led not only to the present regional power dynamic but decisively changed the relationship between oil, militant Islam and the world.

“The uprising at Mecca permanently shifted Saudi Arabia towards Wahhabism, leading to the transnational spread of Islamic fundamentalism and the US-Saudi destabilisation of Afghanistan,” said Assange.

The narrative laid out by Assange exposes exactly how militant Islam was nurtured by the CIA and Saudi government as a mean of usurping the communist Afghani government, which had asked for Soviet assistance in combatting Islamic terrorism.

“The invasion of Afghanistan by the USSR would see Saudi Arabia and the CIA push billions of dollars to Mujahideen fighters as part of Operation Cyclone, fomenting the rise of al-Qaeda and the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union.

“The 1979 current of Islamification spread to Pakistan where the US embassy was burned to the ground and Pakistan Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was executed.
“The Iranian hostage crisis would go on to fatally undermine Jimmy Carter’s presidency and see the election of Ronald Reagan.

“The rise of al-Qaeda eventually bore the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States, enabling the US invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq and over a decade of war, leaving, at its end, the ideological, financial and geographic basis for ISIS,” said Assange.

In addition to the rise of global militant Islam, the latest release also includes cables regarding the election of Margaret Thatcher as British Prime Minister. Three Mile Island nuclear incident is also covered as well as cables highlighting Henry Kissinger secretly working with David Rockefeller to find a place for the deposed Shah of Iran to hide.

“In 1979 it seemed as if the blood would never stop,” noted Assange. “Dozens of countries saw assassinations, coups, revolts, bombings, political kidnappings and wars of liberation.”

With the release of the “Carter Cables,” WikiLeaks’ has now published a total of 3.3 million U.S. diplomatic cables. Staying true to their motto – WikiLeaks continues to open up governments.

Below is a video interview with Assange where he highlights an email from the Podesta leak, which exposed that the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar are directly funding ISIS. In that email, sent on August 17, 2014, Hillary Clinton asked John Podesta to help put “pressure” on the Qatari and Saudi Arabian governments over their support of ISIS. State sponsorship of ISIS, by what is generally considered a close ally of the United States, is something that U.S. officials continue to refuse to acknowledge publicly.

Hillary Clinton’s email to Podesta reveals clearly the reality of the situation.
“We need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logis

Give This a Try!

I do not know a single person that regularly sees a doctor and is in good health.

In countries outside of the United States cancer, diabetes, and heart disease  are often referred to as "Western Diseases".

Before you start following your doctor's advice, perhaps you should look into other factors that may be in play - like your diet.

State Forcing Flood Victims to Obtain Permits Before Fixing their Homes

State Forcing Flood Victims to Obtain Permits Before Fixing their Homes

By Claire Bernish  |  The Free Thought Project  |  August 19, 2016

Residents in South Bend, Indiana, dealing with several feet of flooding following a record-decimating rainfall now also have to deal with costly and time-consuming government red tape in order to rebuild homes and businesses — making them hapless victims of both nature and the State.

Before Hoosiers can pick up the pieces by reconstructing their property, the City of South Bend is forcing them to also pick up a building permit.

According to a media release from the South Bend/St. Joseph County Building Department:
“Repairs and/or construction activities to structures that are located in the floodplain and were damaged due to the disaster will require a local building permit from the South Bend/St. Joseph County Building Department as required by local ordinance.”

Worse, “In addition, depending on a property’s location, a permit may be required from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources prior to the start of any reconstruction activity. Failure to obtain the necessary permits could result in fines.”

Leave it to Big Government to exponentially worsen an already difficult and costly situation.
On Monday, the South Bend area received “its highest rainfall total for a single calendar day since records began,” the Weather Channel reported, officially 7.69 inches of rain, which broke the previous record set in September 2008 by a full inch.

“In one day,” meteorologist Jim Erdman noted“the city received more than twice its average rainfall for the entire month of August, which is 3.76 inches.”
When including rainfall that continued into Tuesday morning, that total climbed to 8.49 inches — and needless to say, the water inundated local storm drains and paralyzed any ability to alleviate resultant floods.

“Many of the toughest days are actually in the days to come because it’s going to take a very long time for some of this water to go away,” Mayor Pete Buttigieg said“In the days coming ahead frustration is going to set in.

“People need to understand this is a thousand-year rain event. With the amount of water in some roadways and in some basements, it’s not an amount of water that can be removed by a pump or a truck or draining operation. You just have to wait for it to recede.”

Traumatized residents trying to contend with expensive and horrific damage — one reported eight feet of water in his basement — now also have to cope with the burden of overbearing state bureaucracy, not to mention penalties for failing to comply.

Although such an unprecedented rainfall would be expected to overflow city storm drains and sewers by its nature, one business blames the State for damage incurred.

Chris David, manager of Around the Corner Auto Service, said construction work on a nearby highway bypass left the closest storm drain cordoned off by a fence in the shop’s backyard — which, when record-breaking rains began to fall, acted as a dam for debris, leaving water nowhere to go but inside.

David and three employees have been working nonstop to clean the damage, but he faces an arduous road ahead to reopen the shop’s doors to customers. As he told local CBS affiliate WSBT,
“Insurance is not going to cover it because they think it was the fault of the state, not the fault of ours.”

Total estimated damage to the auto service store has already climbed to a whopping $120,000.
Should any reconstruction be necessary, of course, David would also be forced to obtain what amounts to the State’s permission slip — to repair damage the State haphazardly caused in the first place.

But the Indiana Department of Transportation disagrees with David and his insurance company, placing blame for his woes solely on the rainfall, itself.

“We had record breaking rainfall and many areas flooded,” explained Doug Moats, public information officer for INDOT, “and I don’t think that fence was directly responsible for that.”
Despite David’s description of the dam effect the fence caused during the torrential rainfall, Moats claims the storm drain would have overflowed regardless.

“Utilizing that fence as an excuse as to why that there was additionally flooding there is maybe convenient,” he said. “But to be completely honest, it was the fact that we got 8 to 10 inches in a short amount of time.”

Both fortunately and surprisingly, no injuries or deaths were reported as having resulted from the rains and subsequent flooding.

Damage to properties is nevertheless understandably extensive — two homes collapsed after being inundated — forcing those who can and cannot afford to rebuild into a sudden scramble to file insurance claims and, of course, building permits in order to avoid the further expense of state-imposed fines.

It would be difficult to justify additional red tape during the aftermath of tragedy — nevertheless, the government didn’t even pretend to be apologetic for its additional imposition on the beleaguered residents of South Bend.

Voter Fraud: Why Participate in What We Know is Illegitimate?

There has never been an honest election.  Redistricting, gerrymandering, and ID fraud, double-counting, lost or destroyed ballots, disallowed ballots, recounts, hanging chads, and fraudulent counts are nothing new.  They have always been the norm.  The only thing that has changed is that we now have the Internet and alternative media outlets to spread the word about what has always been.

It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes.

Free people do not vote.  Government will never put liberty on a ballot.  You cannot vote yourself to be free.

Remember that Apartheid ended when people stopped voting.  Before that people tried to change things in South Africa by voting.  Apartheid remained a legitimate policy because the very fact that people participated in the election was touted by the government as proof that they were the legitimate result of the will of the people.  When voter participation fell below 6%, the world saw that the government of South Africa was no longer legitimate and that they were not representing the people.  That is what killed Apartheid.

Do you think that the U.S. Government legitimately represents you?  Perhaps you should rethink your plans to hold your knows and vote for the lesser evil at the ballot box...

Woman Arrested for Selling Tamales

This woman is fighting for your freedom.
While the troops, police, and government officials continue to take it away.

Warrant Issued for Mother’s Arrest for Selling Homeade Tamales to Her Neighbors

Carrollton, TX — In modern day police state, USA, exchanging goods and services is a crime unless the state gets their cut. So, even though a Carrollton mother was “stunned” to find a warrant issued for her arrest for selling tamales to her neighbors — it was to be expected.

This week, Dennise Cruz was shocked to receive a yellow postcard from the City of Carrollton stating that if she doesn’t immediately submit to their extortion demands, then she would be kidnapped and locked in a cage.

“That has to be wrong. I don’t have any tickets under my name. That’s just my first reaction. Never would have I thought, tamales,” said Cruz in an interview with CBS DFW. “To know that somebody can be arrested over that, that to me is unbelievable.”.

The yellow ticket was a “warrant arrest notice” stemming from Cruz’ illegal activity a few months prior. Cruz, obviously a hardened criminal worthy of police action, decided to make her famous tamales and post them on the app Nextdoor for sale. Her neighbors loved them.

“It’s just so common. That’s why to me, I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal,” said Cruz.
However, because Cruz did not pay the state to operate this business, their procedure is to rob her under the threat of violence. She was hit with a $700 fine.

“When it hit me, I was like that is a lot of money,” said Cruz.

When Cruz called the city to protest her extortion, the clerk told her that someone reported her for not having a food permit. However, this is not likely as only the government would know such things.
“I don’t understand because if anything I would have rather them come to me first if they had any concerns,” said Cruz.

The city of Carrollton maintains that extorting Cruz is in the interest of the people. According to a city director, tamales are a danger to society. A director said a fine was issued and not a warning because tamales are considered “potentially hazardous food” due to the cooked corn and meat being used, according to CBS DFW.

“I’ve seen so many people doing it. And unfortunately it’s me who’s having to deal with it,” said Cruz. “I’d just rather stay away from that at the moment, making tamales.”

The good news is Cruz intends to fight this tyranny in court. Also, friends set up a GoFundMe account for her that’s made more than quadruple the amount she needs just to pay the fine — highlighting that Americans can’t stand this ridiculousness either.

This absurd arrest warrant comes on the heels of an equally asinine incident, also in Texas, in which two young girls had their lemonade stand shut down by local cops for not having the correct permit. The good news is that, like Cruz, the girls refused to roll over and opened their stand up again the next weekend.

Apparently, Texas officials take their motto Don’t Mess with Texas quite literally. Aside from threatening to arrest a young mother attempting to make ends meet by selling tamales and shutting down little girls’ lemonade stands, they’ll also throw you in a cage for having tall grass on your own property.

Don’t take our word for it, however. Ask 75-year-old Gerry Suttle, who was stunned when she received a call from the local police chief, informing her that she had a warrant issued for her arrest — because her grass was at a length not desirable for the state of Texas.

In April of last year, another Texas resident, Rick Yoes, was sentenced to 17 days in jail for the length of his grass.

And some folks still have the gall to call this country the Land of the Free.

More Banks Moving to Negative Interest Rates - What Does It Mean?

Keeping a Ponzi Scheme going...

...for any extended period of time requires some creativity. The collapse of the entire system is inevitable. The object is to keep it going long enough to take all the money and run. As the scheme begins to crumble, more and more new methods of maintaining the illusion of success and wealth are needed.

European banks have begun implementing negative interest rates.

Negative Interest Rates are the future of Legacy Banking. Legacy Banks are those places where you are currently keeping your money safe - places like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. They are built on a business model that is centuries old and has been frought with corruption for its entire existence.

In order to bolster a failing system, many large banks have decided to build up hoards of cash by charging negative interest rates to their depositors. They believe that this means of punishing savers and rewarding borrowers will supercharge the economy and their business. This is likely to be the final nail in the coffin of the Centralized Banking Systems like the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank that have plagued the world for the past two centuries.

What are negative interest rates? Well, normally when you loan money, you charge an interest rate to the borrower. When you put your money into a savings, checking account, or a CD, you are loaning money to the bank. They offer to pay you an interest rate for borrowing the money from you. In many of those accounts you will see that your interest rate is 0%. If you're lucky it might be 0.5% or 1% if you have a large balance.

The bank then loans that money out to people so they can buy houses, cars, or start a business, etc. But they mark up the interest rate pretty significantly. They also have the ability, through the scheme of Fractional Reserve Banking, to lend out more than they have.

With negative interest rates, you will pay the bank to lend them money. In other words, instead of collecting that 0.5% or 1% interest for depositing money into your account, the bank will charge you interest to lend them money.

Logic says that this will cause a run on the banks - that is everyone will withdraw their money and keep it in a safe or "under the mattress". They are hoping that by offering attractive interest rates on home loans and other loans (which will undoubtedly have deposit requirements) that people will opt to pay the interest on their savings and checking accounts so they can get the great interest rates on their loans.

Q: What happens when everyone withdraws their money?
A: That's impossible. Because banks are allowed to lend up to 10,000% or more of the money they are holding in deposits.
In other words: The banks don't have your money. It's gone. So, depositors who clear out their accounts first will be able to do so. Those that wait too long will find that their money was given out to the early arrivals.

Banking is a sinking ship. Honest businesses do not resort to tactics like this.

Get your money out of Government-backed Central Bank Currencies like the U.S. Dollar, Euro, Yen, etc.

Learn about Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Start moving your money into these currencies and practice using them to buy everyday items. When you learn how these currencies and their underlying blockchains work, you will realize that the collapse of central banks (and their currencies) around the world is a mathematical certainty.

Technology for your Car That Can Protect You from Unscrupulous Cops

Disruptive Technologies are new and emerging technologies that are designed to disrupt established legacy systems.

This man uses technology to disrupt the ability for police to successfully cite him for bogus infractions or crimes.

While he clearly spent a TON of money building this, not all of the technology needs to be installed at once.  Clearly, people can pick and choose which of these upgrades are most advantageous to them.

Give it a watch, it's good stuff.

Study Shows 55,400 People Hospitalized or Killed by US Cops in a Single Year ~by Justin Gardner

First of Its Kind Study Shows 55,400 People Hospitalized or Killed by US Cops in a Single Year

Read more at http://thefreethoughtproject.com/landmark-study-police-brutality-problem/#HPlYW0Gu1t06hHiM.99

If anyone needed a reminder that America has a police brutality problem, the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile provided it. Actual numbers on violent police encounters are difficult to come by, but this dearth of data is getting more attention.

New research published in the British Medical Journal demonstrates the danger posed to citizens by the most routine police practice of a “legal stop.”

Researchers analyzed 12.3 million police interventions from 2012 and found that approximately 55,400 people were injured or killed by cops during legal stop and search incidents in one year. Of this number, about 1,000 were killed, with vast majority dying from gunshot wounds. The remaining 54,400 were hospitalized with serious injuries, mostly from blunt objects.

“On average, an estimated 1 in 291 stops/arrests resulted in hospital-treated injury or death of a suspect or bystander.”

Granted, some of these injuries or deaths were justified to protect officers or innocent people from actual violent people, but even the authors of the study conclude that these numbers reflect an “excess exposure” of people to police violence.

In an interview with Vocativ, lead author Ted Miller, of the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, pointed out how many shooting deaths in the U.S. come from a police gun.

In one in 11 cases where someone died because someone else intentionally shot them, a police officer pulled the trigger,” said Miller.

The fact that cops are responsible for almost 10 percent of firearm-related homicides in the U.S.—which already has an extraordinarily high rate of gun deaths relative to other countries—should be enough to cause a serious rethinking of policing across the country.

The new study also confirmed that minorities are targeted for stops at a far higher rate, although the likelihood of being injured or killed during that particular stop was equal for all groups.

Blacks and Hispanics are much more likely to be arrested when the police stop them than Whites or Asians. This differential may well result from racism,” said Miller. “But once you are stopped or arrested, the likelihood that you will be killed or seriously injured during that police interaction does not depend on your race.
Data showed “blacks were almost four times more likely than whites to be arrested or stopped by police.” This racial bias in policing has long been assumed, and research is starting to confirm this.

The death of Philando Castile demonstrated how ‘riding in a car while black’ can lead to the ultimate tragedy. Castile, who had been harassed by cops an unbelievable 52 times before, was killed for doing nothing more than reaching for his wallet—after informing the cop that he had a concealed-carry permit for the gun he possessed.

The entire incident started with Castile and his black girlfriend being pulled over for a purported broken taillight. Cops use these petty excuses to pull people over so they can escalate the situation in the hope of searching the vehicle for drugs or other “contraband,” especially when the occupants are blacks or Hispanics.

Even police chiefs are accepting these truisms and, in some cases, making changes within their departments.
Thomas Wydra, the police chief of Hamden, Connecticut, informed his officers that they should not be so concerned with “defective equipment” such as something hanging on the rearview mirror or an attachment on the license plate.

One year later, defective equipment stops dropped from 19 percent to 8 percent of all motor vehicle stops, which resulted in the number of black people being pulled over falling by 25 percent.

Here is one clear answer to the problem of police violence being confirmed through empirical studies.
Stop pulling people over for petty “violations.” Stop pulling people over as an excuse to look for drugs. Extend this to people walking, riding a bike or otherwise going about their own business.
Just leave people alone unless they are actually causing harm to another person, and maybe the extraordinary rate of cops injuring and killing people could start falling. There is a way to address police brutality if only we look at the numbers and implement the basic solutions they suggest.

When Cops Prepare to Shoot You and The War of Fatal Force

WHEN COPS PREPARE TO SHOOT YOU AND THE WAR OF FATAL FORCE

By Rachel Sunshine
This week has culminated, once again, in loud calls for retaliation against police brutality and excessive/lethal force across the United States. As video surfaces of police trying to shoot an Autistic 23 year old man with a toy truck- instead shooting a fully complying therapist laying down next to and trying to talk the man out of suicide- anger and calls to action against police brutality and excessive force have ripped through the online community, which is still trying to come to terms with the fatal shootings of two men and a young, unarmed teen in late June and early July. So far, there have been an estimated 643 fatal police shootings of citizens in 2016, with at least 60 fatal police shootings in the month of July alone, meaning that nearly 3 citizens have been killed every day by police across the country since the beginning of the month. In contrast, according to Operation Enduring Freedom at iCasualties.org, there have only been a total of 4 American Soldier deaths by combat in this entire year.
Some have believed the police shootings to be justified and have expressed outrage that the police have received blowback for what seems to be indiscriminate use of fatal force. Individual Officers have even gone so far as to state they are at war with the people they serve and that they are under attack, as vigilantes have targeted police in several retaliatory shootings  across the country in Dallas, Baton Rouge and Columbus so far, killing at least 8 police officers since the beginning of July. Facebook user, Linda Marie Jourdain asks of those that do not feel sympathy for the officers, “Why can’t People (sic) just have respect for authority. It’s sad that they don’t get enough.”
It may be because continued release of footage- a compilation of videos from the month of July too long to list- of police brutality and excessive force shows that police are, in fact the ones preemptively planning to attack the citizenry, as you can plainly see in the fatal shooting of 19 year old Fresno teenager, Dylan Noble, and in new footage surfacing this week showing activists that had been protesting at the Republican National Convention getting raided in a form of intimidation early in the morning by police and federal agents who did not have a warrant. In the shooting death of Philip Castille, recordings of the conversations between the police officer and dispatcher apparently indicate that he was pulled over for having a wide-set nose.

In newly-released footage by the Fresno Police Department from the second officer’s body cam, police are seen to already have their guns drawn while still driving down the street, in a long moment, pointing the gun at the back of Noble’s head after turning sirens on to pull the teen’s truck over just 25 seconds before that for excessive speeding. In what I am now deeming Aggravated Panic, police already had their guns unholstered and were even dangerously driving with one hand on the wheel while simultaneously holding a loaded police-issued gun in the obviously premeditated death of unarmed Noble. Once pulled over, Noble is almost immediately shot for “not complying” with the officers that had just pointed a gun at the back of his head moments before while waiting for him to pull over. The Fresno police chief is stating that we should understand what was going through the policemen’s heads when they shot Noble two more times while he lay bleeding on the ground, as, apparently, Noble had reached for a clear plastic square that the officers have not yet shown to the public. Noble was not armed on his person, nor was there any weapon in his vehicle.
capscam
Earlier this week, police awaken Brittany Om with guns drawn in the morning in her motel room that she and other activists were staying in while protesting the Republican National Convention. In a show of pure intimidation, police even state that they will not be back if the protestors do not come back to the Convention, an obvious attempt to use their position of authority to silence those practicing their First Amendment Rights. In the video, Law enforcement was recorded, telling them, “If you don’t want to see us again, stay away from the RNC.”
In the case of Philip Castille- a man fatally shot Fourth of July weekend during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights, Minnesota- new evidence has surfaced that he was shot at point-blank range for having awide-set nose. His girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter watched helplessly next to him in the vehicle. His girlfriend then live-streamed the aftermath directly to Facebook, where it was removed shortly after by Facebook authorities, also known as the Facebook Police.
Also this week, footage from May surfaced of a man fully complying with police after taking them on a high-speed chase through multiple states and ending in New Hampshire. As he laid down on the ground, a mob of policemen ran toward him and started pummeling him, kicking him, and beating him with their batons. It was all captured by a media helicopter, catching the beating on live footage.
These are just a few instances that have made the news over the past month. Police have been using war rhetoric against the citizenry for over three decades; The War on Drugs and the War on Poverty have turned into a War on the Poor and Middle Class.
We now have a War of Fatal Force, where police have taken it upon themselves to be judge, jury and executioner. In a society that has developed countless non-lethal forms of weaponry such as gases and sprays, sticky foam, bean bags and rubber bullets, electroshock weapons and directed energy weapons there is no need for police to be shooting citizens to death 3 times a day, period. With only 8 police casualties this year directly attributed to the retaliation against use of lethal force against the citizenry, it’s entirely up to the officers to find a solution that could help the escalating situation resolve in a peaceful call to put down arms. As concerned citizen Eric Wilson states, “I would expect the people in positions of power to hold themselves to a higher regard than those they are serving. Having the ability to be judge, jury and executioner without accountability is where much of the anger comes from fellow citizens. Their ‘job’ is to give every person their ‘day in court.’ As the initiator of conflict, I would expect them to be experts in conflict resolution, and not further escalate already tense interactions.”
The future for the safety of citizenry from police use of lethal force will look grim until police learn to use non-lethal force discriminately as a form of conflict resolution, and it would be no surprise to continue seeing police casualty numbers rise by as much as 75% over the coming months, as citizens finally start defending themselves in the War of Fatal Force.
